Have you been so ufortunate to forget something in the boat?
The boats are always put back in the same spot as they were taken from. Check therefore the app to see if the boat is available. If it is available you can easily go down to the boat and check if your item is still there.
If the boat is not available you can either wait for the boat to be available again, or always add a post in out Facebook page for Fleet members.
If you still can not find your item, contact out customer support. Maybe it was found by one of our staff.
