Fleet boaters have two different reservations at their use; Last minute reservation and pre reservation. You can also have an combined reservation that used both of the reservations. It is therefore advisable to first make sure that the reservation types are not already used, which may prevent new bookings from being made. If you have made a full day, ie a combination reservation, then you will not be able to make new reservation until that booking has been used up.
If you have recently been on the water, you will not be able to make a new reservation of that type until that time has elapsed. Meaning that if you have suddenly taken an evening reservation for the boat from 4.30pm to 8am and returned the boat for the evening. In this cases, you will not be able to make a new reservation until the next morning after the end of that reservation time.
If this is not a problem with your reservations that are already used, you should check that you are logged in to the application with the correct username and that you have the latest version of the application updated. Lastly, try logging out of the app or removing it altogether and reloading it. If your monthly payments have not gone through for multiple times this also blocks you for making reservations until the payment is withdrawn.
