What to do when I get no consumption data?
There can be momentary network errors between the plotter and the application, in which case the Skipperi application does not provide the consumption data. Even if the plotter is not currently connected to the network or application, we will receive your consumption data from the plotter as soon as it connects to the network. So don't worry, your data will be saved and always remember to enter the amount you fueled in the app, even if the app doesn't give the consumption.
What if the data does not come or is old?
Estimate your consumption to the best of your ability and refuel the appropriate amount.
Boats consume about 0.7 to 1.0l per nautical mile. Be sure to report the amount you fueled in the app, then notify us at customer service. If you have had any problems or feel that you want a refund, please send us a receipt for the fueling and information about your reservation to us at the customer service.
