We have a saying, there are two kind of skippers. The ones that have hit a rock and the ones that will hit a rock. Damages can happen to even to the most experienced skippers but always inform us about these damage cases.
You should always take good and clear pictures from the propeller during check in and out. If the propeller has taken damage or it is scratched during your reservation you should always report it to us through the app and call for the local Fleet service number that can be found on the app. Calling to us ensures that we can change the propeller on time if needed before the next member comes to the boat.
You should always to report to us the scratches on the propeller and to the boat and it's equipment that you have caused. If you don't report damages to us we have the right to invoice you about it and not letting us know about the damage might prevent the next members' trip.
If you arrive to the boat where the propeller is already damaged you can call us and we will change your reservation to another boat if possible.
If we have to invoice for a damage or missing stuff, we first carefully investigate when the damage occurred and invoice accordingly.
